Cardio Area
Our cardio area is equipped with two treadmill, a cross-trainer and recumbent bicycle. It is used by clients to warm-up before training sessions as well as on their off days from training.
Equipment
We incorporate all different types of equipment into our workouts in order to keep them fun and challenging, our clients love that workouts are never boring and always have something new. By combining strength training, balance, and cardio into workouts clients build strength, stamina and endurance.
Training Rooms
We have 2 semi-private training suites. Studio A is equipped with an elite squat/pull up and bench press rack. Studio B features a hack squat / angled leg press as well as a diverse array of resistance band stations.
Each studio is outfitted with a full compliment of dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, benches, steps, mats etc... In addition, each room has access to our kettlebells, boxing, kickboxing equipment, balance and agility accessories. |
